How can I use this map?

Administrative boundaries have extents that are defined under legislative requirements (both State and Federal). The Administrative Boundaries map contains layers that spatially define the administrative boundaries and are linked to the State's Spatial Cadastral Database (SCDB) and therefore carry the same point/ line accuracies.

Further administrative boundaries will be added in coming months, such as Infrastructure Corridors, Townsites, Wards, Districts, Water Control Areas, Rail Freight Line Corridors, Land Divisions, Land Act Estate, Agricultural and Suburban Lot Areas and Timber Reserves.

Instant access to these boundaries, and updates as they change via SLIP, will make it easier for you to do business with State and local authorities across WA.
